Testing facilities
–
Azuka has been a trusted name in synthetics ropes industry since 2007.We have two specially equipped in-house laboratories for the testing of the ropes. The testing facilities are as important as the good manufacturing facilities. Our aim is to give 100% satisfaction to the customers. We distinguish ourselves from other synthetic rope industries as we provide multiple solutions under one roof. We have laboratories having 4 specialized electronic tensile testing machines. The maximum breaking load capacity of this machines is a 20-ton force. Azuka has the most modern extrusion lines, 30 rope machines, 10 twisting machines. It has more than 100 workers working in them. We are constantly expanding and evolving to meet the growing demands of the customers. We are present in 15 different countries like Israel, Sri Lanka, USA, Nigeria are the name of few. We make solutions, we make life easy. To maintain safety in testing, read more on

Testing Parameters –
We start the monitoring of the ropes right from the quality of yarn by testing tenacity so that preventive actions can be taken if needed. The majority of quality inspection is being done in rope making and rope coiling both ensuring every parameter of rope.
Breaking Strength:
Breaking Strength is the most important factor for any of our customers, but we make a point to make every quality parameter as important as breaking strength.
Coil Weight:
Coil weight is basically the weight of the coil we manufacture as per the requirement of our customers. Coil Weight is a very important parameter in Manufacturing of Ropes.
Linear Density:
Linear density is Weight cut length divided by specimen length. Density is something that helps in maintaining the quality of a product.
Lay Length:
The lay length of a laid or stranded rope can be measured from reference tension. Yet, there is no standard test method for determining the length of fibre rope, but its measurement can sometimes be contentious.
Twist:
Twist can be either left handed or right handed. In the textile industry, these are referred to as S or Z twist. Most commonly, successive twisting operations alternate twist directions. Rope making involves twisting textile yarns into rope yarns, rope yarns into strands, and strands into ropes.
Coil Length:
It is an import parameter of manufacturing of ropes as we make products in various lengths as per the requirements of our customers. We provide Coils with meter marking for measuring its length and ISI Marking too.
Diameter:
Diameter can be measured by a very common tool known as Vernier Calliper.
Colour:
We manufacture PP, PE ropes, nets, twines and several products with a variety of colors.
